2. Our services

New Wave provides concierge and lifestyle support services, including but not limited to accommodation arrangements, transport, dining and nightlife, entertainment and experiences, family support, beauty and wellness arrangements, personal concierge services, and business and executive support.

3. Third-party suppliers

New Wave arranges services provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, transport providers, restaurants, venues, event organisers and other service providers. While we carefully select our suppliers, we act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, quality or availability of third-party services.

Any contracts for services provided by third parties are between you and the supplier. The third-party supplier's own terms and conditions may apply to your booking.

4. Bookings and reservations

All bookings and reservations are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier. We will confirm all details with you before making any booking on your behalf.

5. Fees

Prices quoted by New Wave may include service fees, booking fees, commissions and/or a margin applied to the cost of third-party goods or services. The total price payable by the client will be communicated and agreed before a booking or purchase is confirmed.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed with you before any booking is confirmed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due as specified in your quotation or invoice.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the supplier and the service booked. We will inform you of the applicable cancellation terms before confirming any booking. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the terms of the relevant third-party supplier.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making an enquiry or booking, and for complying with any terms, conditions or requirements set by third-party suppliers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, New Wave's liability is limited to the fees paid to us for our services. We are not liable for the acts, omissions or performance of third-party suppliers, nor for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
